Payment Methods: GoHighLevel Skool uses third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, for billing and processing transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize GoHighLevel Skool to charge the associated fees to your selected payment method.Refund Policy: You may request an exchange for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. All sales are otherwise final, and no refunds are provided except as described in the GoHighLevel Skool refund policy.Subscription Terms: All subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise specified, and they will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.Termination of Access: GoHighLevel Skool reserves the right

Refund PolicyAll Sales Are Final

: Please note that all sales made through GoHighLevel Skool are final. Once a purchase is completed, we cannot accommodate any request for a refund or credit.

Exchanges

: While refunds are not available, we may offer exchanges for certain products that are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Private Coaching

GoHighLevel Skool offers certain coaching programs. If a customer enters any of these programs, the coaching will commence upon receipt of payment. The student/mentee/customer must follow all blueprints, attend all group and 1:1 calls, and implement the provided strategies throughout the program term. To be eligible for a refund, the student/mentee must provide proof of full participation and adherence to the program’s resources and instructions. If after completing the program in full and within the agreed term, the student/mentee has not made money, they may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the program ends. Certain non-refundable costs, such as transaction fees, may apply.
